OpenTab was created in order to fill the gap. By removing hierarchical restrictions inherent in academia, OpenTab proves that it is only through free and open discussion that scholarship works properly. OpenTab creates a space where original research carried out by students can be delivered, criticized and developed. OpenTab functions based on the principle of collective responsibility where students need to openly criticize their approaches and develop arguments in front of an audience.

About Us
The idea behind OpenTab arose in response to what seemed an unusual approach – a digitalised culture of casual community-hosted crash courses often disseminated via social media or even in the atmosphere of local spaces discussing various sociological and political theories. It appeared to be that traditional lectures on campuses have an obvious drawback which became apparent when witnessing the passionate discussion of various theories in informal circumstances.
